Express Analytics is transforming its website into a strategic growth engine for the business. We are hiring a Director of Web Strategy to lead the strategy, architecture, and operational performance of ExpressAnalytics.com as a core revenue-generating platform. This role will own the vision and roadmap for the website, ensuring it becomes a destination where modern data buyers discover Express Analytics, understand our AI and data capabilities, and convert interest into meaningful pipeline and customer relationships. You will shape how the company presents its services and solution capabilities to the market, balancing storytelling, technical credibility, and conversion performance. Note: This role is based in India with overlap required during US Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours. Reports to the Chief Marketing Officer.

Express Analytics builds AI-powered marketing and customer analytics solutions for global clients, combining data engineering, ML, and generative AI to drive measurable business outcomes. As an AI/ML Engineer, you will design, build, and ship machine learning and generative AI solutions end-to-end—from problem definition and modeling through to deployment, monitoring, and iteration. You will work closely with product, data, and engineering teams to turn business requirements into robust models and agentic workflows that run reliably in production.

Express Analytics helps growth teams turn customer data into production-grade analytics and GenAI/agentic AI solutions across marketing, customer experience, and operations. We are looking for ambitious interns to help us build LLM-driven workflows and autonomous agents that power our marketing and analytics platforms as well as selected client projects.
